Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

PinealOS provides digital services (SaaS) that are delivered immediately upon account creation and subscription activation. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are obtaining immediate access to the service.

2. Right of Withdrawal

For consumers in the European Union and Turkey: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of the Directive and Article 15/h of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for the supply of digital content or services that have begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

By creating an account and subscribing to PinealOS, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• PinealOS Mini ($0.99/14 Days): One-time trial package. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Each user, payment method, or device may purchase only once. This is a non-refundable trial.
• Standard ($9.99/month) and Pro ($19.99/month): Subscriptions billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No retroactive refunds or credits will be issued for partial months.

4. Service Interruptions

If we experience a prolonged service outage (defined as more than 48 consecutive hours of platform unavailability) that is caused solely by our infrastructure and not by third-party AI providers, Cloudflare, or your own internet connection, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial credit for the affected period. This does not constitute a refund and is not guaranteed.

5. Domain Registration

Domain registration fees paid to third-party registries through our Platform are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. Domain registration is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant registry (ICANN, TR ABIS, etc.).

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, your account may be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts wrongfully charged back.

7. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, send an email to info@pinealos.com from your registered email address. Please include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days.
